have spent my life asserting myself as a women with many successes
and failures.

The attempts made by my elders during my youth to make me conform to
patrichical demands and religious beliefs have turned me away from my
origins. I have affirmed the right of women to make their own patrichical demands
and religious beliefs have turned me away from my
origins. I have affirmed the right of women to make their own
decisions. Even so I have experienced abuse from my family and my,
now, EX, husband. At least I have been able to say that I am away
physically, from the sources of abuse.  I am also separated mentally,
in that I give full recognition to the incidences of abuse that I
experienced.
As I am in Australia I am unable to be physically present at your
walk however I shall be present in spirit.
